Job Description
Rottnest Bakery, part of Brindle Group, seeks an experienced Bakery Manager to lead the retail side of Rottnest Island's busiest business. You will oversee front of house and production teams, drive sales, profitability and exceptional service while presenting the bakery at its best.

You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced island environment requiring relocation to Rottnest Island. This is a full time role on Rottnest Island.
