As our new Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll be a vital part of the QLD Industrial team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to help the region be carbon neutral and sustainable.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
In-depth knowledge of light industrial and heavy industrial projects
n
Prior experience with process plants or bulk materials handling systems
n
A fundamental knowledge of key Australian Standards
n
Experience with power systems software preferred
n
Experience in instrumentation systems
n
Understanding of functional safety principles preferred.

We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.
n
As well as experience in a similar electrical engineering role.
n
Specifically:
n
n
Completed a Degree in Electrical Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia
n
A minimum of 10 years' post graduate experience working on industrial projects
n
Obtained your Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) in the Electrical discipline
n
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
n
In depth knowledge of 'in-plant' electrical distribution and motor control systems
n
