Due to ongoing and upcoming projects, we're seeking an experienced Civil Engineer - ideally a seasoned Sydney Water Engineer - to join our office & site team and lead civil groundworks and services delivery.

About the role*

This is a hands-on, site-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being on the ground where the action happens.

This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting multiple projects. You'll work closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project delivery from start to handover.



The role is predominantly night shift for the next 6 months but will vary over time.

Experience required
n
2-3 years' experience as a Civil Engineer
n
Seasoned experience with Sydney Water and drainage projects highly preferred
n
Trade or tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
n
Proven leadership and man-management skills
n
Solid organisational and time management abilities
n
Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to work well under pressure
n
High competency in OH&S; standards
n
We need someone that works well under pressure and can motivate the teams.
