About the Role: Training Intern
n
Porsche Cars Australia seeks a Training Intern on a 12-month, full time contract working within the Sales & Network Development team. The intern position will gain hands-on experience across training coordination, business reporting and retail performance. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build practical skills while supporting key initiatives within a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate training logistics, invites, calendars and communications
n
Administer and coordinate usage of Training Academy and all training resources
n
Maintain the Porsche Learning Management System
n
Prepare reports, training materials, and track
attendance/feedback
n
Track and manage training budgets including purchase order processing
n
Support dealer performance reporting and data analysis (requires very good Excel skills)
n




Assist with training events and stakeholder coordination
n
Provide general administrative and project support across the Sales & Network Development department
n

What You Offer

Previous experience working in an administrative role
n
Robust organisational and administrative skills
n
Confident communication skills and attention to detail
n
Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
n
Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
n
Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, or similar
n
Ability to travel between the two main Porsche sites (Collingwood & Essendon Fields)
