Assembler/Factory Hand/Process Worker - Aluminium Fabrication
n
38 Hrs, typically between 7am-3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm Friday

n Australian owned and operated aluminium fabricator established **** and enjoying growth and stability. Specialising in quality aluminium mailboxes, privacy screens, handrails, balustrade, lattice, gates & custom fabrication. Small team, casual environment. Sister company to larger organisation, established ****, that supplies to construction industry.

The Role

Manage own quality control & consistently produce quality work.
n
Report directly to Production Manager.
n
Work without supervision to produce quality results.
n
Continuously improve workflow, efficiency, quality control, housekeeping & WHS.
n
Occasionally make pickups & deliveries in small company truck (only requires auto car licence).
n
Training provided as required.

Have experience & knowledge of all machinery and tools.

Have metal fabrication & manufacturing experience.

Have both knowledge & experience of quality control methodology.
n
Have a driver's licence (automatic car or greater).
n
Be friendly with a valuable sense of humour.
n
Bonus criteria
n
Other metal fabrication & manufacturing experience i.e. manufacturing methodologies, production scheduling, design, quality control etc.
