Exciting opportunities exist for experienced and motivated Scrub/Scout Registered Nurses to join the team at a private hospital in Lismore.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Delivering safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care;
n
Scrub and scout across a variety of surgical specialties;
n
Collaborating closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre teams;
n
Participating in advanced robotic-assisted surgical procedures;
n
Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical practice;
n
Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS
n
n
Current registration with AHPRA;
n
Previous Scrub Scout experience in an acute perioperative environment;
n
Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail;
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
n
Experience in robotic surgery is advantageous but not essential;
n
A commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care.
