About the role




Your responsibilities will include:
Providing a high standard of patient care and support throughout treatment
Chairside assisting for general, restorative, cosmetic and complex dental procedures
Assisting with implant procedures (training will be provided)
Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials for treatment
Maintaining strict sterilisation and infection control standards
Keeping clinical areas clean, stocked and organised
Assisting with general clinic maintenance and daily clinical workflow
Supporting reception and administrative duties when required
What we're looking for
The successful candidate will be:
Experienced in dental assisting (essential)
Confident with dental terminology and clinical procedures
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable using initiative
Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision once trained
Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working efficiently in a busy practice
A quick learner who can take direction and adapt easily
A strong team player who is equally capable of working independently
Available to work without restrictions, with full Australian work rights
Experience with
D4W
is preferred but not essential
Implant assisting experience is highly regarded, however it is not essential. Training can be provided to the right candidate.
