As a Retail Salesperson, you will help customers find the right products for their homes while providing a friendly and professional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Greeting customers and understanding their needs
n
Providing advice on rugs, flooring and home interior products
n
Working towards individual and store sales targets
n
Preparing quotes and following up customer enquiries
n
Processing sales and customer orders
n
Maintaining showroom presentation and product displays
n
Assisting with stock and general store duties
n
Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent after-sales service
n

Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers

Motivated by sales and achieving targets
n
Reliable and qualified
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Well presented with good communication skills
n
Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
n
Previous experience in retail sales, furniture, flooring, rugs, homewares, bedding, electrical, automotive or other customer-facing sales environments would be highly regarded
