Job Description
Yono Group Pty Ltd (Machi Machi Australia) is seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. This is a full-time position suited to someone with strong retail operations, team leadership and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the stores and ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
n
Supervise, roster, train and support Beverage Attendants to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
n
Monitor product mix, stock levels and inventory requirements to ensure sufficient supplies while minimising waste.
n
Manage purchasing and liaise with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels and product availability.
n
Monitor and analyse sales performance, operating expenses and other financial transactions.
n
Prepare and manage store budgets and implement cost-control measures.
n
Develop and implement pricing, promotional and marketing activities in line with business objectives and brand requirements.
n




Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, cleanliness and customer service.
n
Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints and ensure issues are resolved professionally.
n
Maintain accurate records relating to stock, sales and store operations.
n
Ensure stores comply with workplace health and safety, food safety and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience
n
n
At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail, hospitality or store management.
n
Qualification in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
n
Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
n
Good understanding of stock control, sales performance and day-to-day retail operations.
n
Solid communication, organisational and customer service skills.
n
Ability to work independently and manage a busy retail environment.
