RGC Metal Rolling is looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Labourer / Trainee to join our production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, hands-on and looking to build a career in manufacturing.

No previous experience is required. You will start by assisting with general production and labouring tasks while learning about our manufacturing processes and machinery, with the opportunity to develop into a machine operator over time.

About the role

Assist operators and the production team with general tasks
n
Help with moving, preparing and handling materials
n
Perform general labouring and housekeeping duties
n
Learn our manufacturing processes and machinery
n
Work safely and follow company procedures
n
Support the team to meet daily production requirements
n
Develop your skills with a view to progressing into a machine operator role
n

Has a good attitude and willingness to learn

Is reliable, punctual and committed to showing up every day
n
Is hands-on and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
n
Can follow instructions and work safely

Works well as part of a team

Is keen to learn new skills and develop within the business

No previous manufacturing experience is required – we are willing to train the right person.
