The Role
n

Preparing accurate repair estimates using industry systems
n
Assessing vehicle damage and repair methods
n
Liaising with insurance companies and customers
n
Ordering parts and managing job progression
n
Working closely with workshop staff to ensure efficiency
n
n




What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience as a smash repair estimator
n
Strong knowledge of repair methods and parts
n
Experience with quoting systems (e.g. Audatex / iBody / similar)
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Attention to detail and robust organisational skills
n
