About the Role

Scheduling appointments and managing changes with flexibility.
n
Coordinating interstate and international travel for our team.
n
Maintaining accuracy in CRM systems and data entry.
n
Handling outbound calls and telemarketing to assist with sales.
n
Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
n
Prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring smooth operations.
n
Applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

What We're Looking For

Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
n
Skilled in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level.
n
Experienced in administration (2+ years), ideally with scheduling exposure.
n
Confident with time management and balancing competing priorities.
n
A professional communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
n
Someone who thrives in building relationships and solving problems.
n
And importantly... you bring a healthy dose of common sense!
