Our plans include refreshed dining experiences, upgraded entertainment offerings, and enhanced spaces for our members and guests to enjoy- day or night.

About You
n We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced hospitality professionals who can bring energy, reliability, and a customer-first mindset to our team. Ideally, you'll have:

Current RSA and RCG certifications (ARCG also an advantage)
n
Previous experience in club or pub settings - across food, beverage, and gaming
n




Availability for a flexible roster, including weekends and evening shifts
n
A positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
n
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and team leadership
n
n
The Role
n As a key member of our operations team, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Delivering friendly, consistent, and high-quality customer service
n
Assisting in the day-to-day running of the venue
n
Ensuring the club is presented to a high standard at all times
n
Accurate cash handling and administrative duties
n
Supervising and mentoring front-of-house staff
n
Using digital systems such as Ebet Metropolis, Senpos & more.
n
Supporting promotions and entertainment events
n
Reporting incidents in line with OLGR requirements
n
Maintaining compliance with all club policies and regulations
n
