Crown Pool Superstore is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Casual Team Member to join our busy pool shop.

About the Role
n
We are looking for someone to work approximately 2–3 days per week, with one weekend shift per week depending on availability and seasonal requirements.
n
Your day-to-day duties will include:
n
n
Providing friendly and helpful customer service in-store and over the phone
n
Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases
n
Assisting office staff as needed using systems like Xero, Vend and Gmail
n
Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
n
Processing sales and using basic computer systems
n
Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
n
Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented
n
General administration and office support
n
Assisting the team with general day-to-day shop duties
n

Previous retail, customer service, administration or pool industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Pool industry knowledge is a bonus — full training will be provided to the right person.
