Job Description
Oxley Tavern in Brisbane's southwest is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive floor operations in a high-tempo venue.
You'll work within a team of multiple Assistant Managers to share shift loads, set floor strategy, and uphold standards across dining, sports bar, and gaming areas.
You'll lead from the floor, support the Publican, and help create a safe, vibrant pub workplace with strong guest relations and hands-on training for peers.
