We have a fantastic permanent part-time position available looking after our St Andrews IpswichPrivate Hospital.
n
About The Role
n
In this role, you will lead all WHS initiatives at St Andrews IpswichPrivate Hospital, partnering closely with both the National Safety Team and the facility Executive Team to build and maintain a strong, proactive safety culture.
n
Key responsibilities include
n
n
Embedding and maintaining the Ramsay safety management system, templates, and documentation.
n
Investigating incidents and implementing solutions to minimise future risks.
n
Conducting risk assessments, site audits, and workplace safety training.
n
Developing and maintaining effective safety practices.
n
Preparing and presenting safety performance reports for internal stakeholders.
n
n
About You:
n
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in WH&S; (Minimum of a Cert IV in WH&S;).
n
Experience in Work Health and Safety, preferably within the health industry or a large organisation
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
n
A proactive and highly organised approach to managing multiple priorities.
n
Proven ability to work autonomously.
n
Excellent planning, time management,



problem solving and decision-making skills
n
Full Australian work rights, a current Police Check & proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
