We're looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who wants to shape curriculum, lead a team and contribute ideas that influence practice.

Your role
You'll lead a thoughtful curriculum that connects children's interests, strengths and emerging ideas with purposeful teaching.
In partnership with your team, you will:
Bring intentional teaching into play, conversations, routines and investigations.
Create welcoming, inclusive environments that encourage curiosity and extend children's thinking.
Use observation, documentation and reflection to understand learning and guide your next steps.
Mentor educators,



building their confidence and a shared understanding of your teaching approach.
Partner with families and draw on their knowledge of their children.
Contribute to research discussions and share ideas that strengthen practice across Grace Village.
Keep children's safety, rights, inclusion and wellbeing at the centre of every decision.
