Complete Nursing & Home Care – Cleveland QLD

You have big shoes to fill, but an exciting prospect exists for a Human Resources Coordinator, with an internal focus for recruitment, inductions, workplace training and compliance to join our QLD team across three branches (Brendale, Cleveland and Nerang).
n
With this role, you will partner with the Human Resource Manager to support the company's organisational goals by managing the following:
n
Recruitment
n
HR projects - identifying, networking and partnering with tertiary institutions and clubs for recruitment purposes
n
Attending and hosting networking events
n
Supporting Events Management
n
Ongoing management of learning, training and development
n
Management of third party legal advisory body
n
Employee Relations
n
Performance Reviews
n
Skills, abilities and experience required to successfully execute this role:
n
Experience in Human Resources preferred but not a prerequisite
n
Diligent and consistent support skills to reinforce operations teams' strength
n
Excellent written and verbal skills - required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, staff, management and directors
n




The ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives to successful completion
n
Understanding and application of current SCHADS award
n
Assist directors in foreign employee visa support
n
