We are seeking a Routine Inspections Officer / Assistant Property Manager to support our Property Management team and help maintain high standards across our portfolio.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in property management, with exposure to a range of day-to-day property management activities and opportunities to develop within the business.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Schedule, conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed routine inspection reports
n
Identify and report maintenance, property condition and tenancy-related matters to Property Managers
n
Assist Property Managers with entry and exit inspections
n
Assist with tenant communication and general property management tasks
n
Liaise professionally with tenants, owners and contractors as required
n




Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered
n
Provide additional support to the team when required
n
n
Key Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess and document property conditions
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
n
Previous experience in property management, inspections or real estate is desirable but not essential
n
A positive attitude and robust customer-service focus
n
Willingness to learn and develop within the property management industry
n

Licences & Requirements

Current Queensland driver licence
n
Reliable vehicle
n
Current Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
n
n
