Job Description
The Lost Dogs' Home in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Ambulance and Admissions Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations across North Melbourne and Cranbourne.
You will lead intake, transport and care workflows, ensuring responsive, secure, and high-quality outcomes for animals and customers.
Reporting to the Local Government Supervisor, you'll manage rostering, performance, and escalation processes in a 24/7 service environment, building a culture of welfare, safety and service excellence
