We're looking for a
Social Media & Content Coordinator
to join our team. Someone who understands social media, knows good content when they see it, and is confident turning an idea into scroll-stopping content.
This is a hands-on role with a mix of
strategy, content planning, client collaboration and content creation
. You'll work alongside our digital team, account managers and creative team to develop social strategies for our clients, then bring those strategies to life through great content.
Content shoots will be a big part of the role
, with the opportunity to plan, coordinate and capture social-first content for our clients across Reels, TikTok, Stories and paid social.

What You'll Be Doing
Social Media Strategy & Development
Develop content plans, calendars, ideas and creative concepts aligned to each client's brand, audience and objectives
Manage client social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
Work with the Digital Team and Account Managers to develop and execute social media strategies for a range of clients
Write engaging social copy, captions, hooks and other content tailored to each client's tone of voice
Identify social trends, content opportunities and emerging formats to keep client activity fresh and relevant
Collaborate with clients, creators and influencers to develop and coordinate social content and campaigns
Content Creation & Production
Plan, coordinate and execute content shoots for clients
Capture and edit social-first photo and video content for organic social and paid advertising
Create engaging Reels, TikToks,



Stories and UGC-style content
Work with the wider Creative and Digital teams to bring content concepts to life
Repurpose existing client assets into fresh social content
Performance & Insights
Monitor social media performance and audience engagement to understand what's working and identify opportunities
Contribute to performance reporting and use insights to inform future content and social media strategies
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings
experience, initiative and a genuine understanding of social media
. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, but equally comfortable collaborating with a wider team and taking direction when needed.
You're a creative thinker who can come up with an idea, explain why it works, and then pick up a camera and make it happen.
You'll ideally have:
2+ years' experience
working in social media, content creation or a similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, trends and best practices
Proven experience developing and executing organic social media strategies and content plans
Hands-on experience creating social-first video content, particularly Reels and TikTok-style content
Confidence capturing photo and video content independently
Experience planning and coordinating content shoots from concept through to delivery
Strong understanding of what makes content engaging across different platforms




Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt your writing to different brands and audiences
Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express or similar
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Confidence communicating with clients and working collaboratively with Account Managers, Digital Specialists and Creatives
A proactive approach: you'll spot opportunities and take action rather than waiting to be told what to do
Bonus points
for experience with paid social advertising, photography, WordPress, Shopify, email marketing, SEO or other digital marketing disciplines
