We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager or Retail Manager to oversee a portfolio of shopping centres, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, financial performance, retailer engagement and ongoing asset presentation.
n
This is a broad, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and working across multiple areas of retail property management.

The Role:
n
n
Managing the day-to-day performance and operations of multiple shopping centres
n
Building strong relationships with retailers, landlords, contractors and key stakeholders
n
Driving retailer engagement, customer experience and centre presentation
n
Managing budgets, financial reporting, arrears, retailer sales and centre performance
n




Supporting leasing activity, Casual Mall Leasing and tenancy mix initiatives
n
Coordinating contractors, maintenance and compliance requirements across the portfolio
n
Overseeing WHS, essential services and operational standards
n
Working closely with marketing to deliver centre campaigns, events and community activations
n
n
The Candidate:
n
n
Previous Centre Management or Retail Management experience within shopping centres
n
Experience using Cirrus8
n
Strong commercial and financial management capability
n
Confidence managing budgets, reporting and centre performance
n
Robust retailer and stakeholder relationship management skills
n
Sound knowledge of facilities management, contractors, WHS and compliance
n
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple centres and competing priorities
