ABOUT THE JOB
n
Eilbeck Cranes is immediately seeking a fulltime permanent HSEQ Representative to join our team in Moorlands, Ingleburn, NSW. This role will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems across our operations. This position ensures ongoing compliance with ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****, and other applicable statutory and contractual requirements.

Duties include -
n
n
Maintain all documentation related to HSEQ procedures, registers, and records.
n
Assist with internal and external audits and manage the closeout of findings.
n
Monitor compliance with project-specific QA/QC and WHS procedures in the factory and at site locations.
n
Support the preparation and maintenance of QA documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Manufacturer Data Records (MDRs).
n
Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and non-conformances.
n
Implement corrective and preventive action plans and track effectiveness.
n
Liaise with suppliers, contractors,



and project teams to verify compliance with HSEQ requirements.
n
Control and issue engineering documentation and drawings.
n
Maintain KPI records and provide compliance reporting in line with ISO standards.
n
Support the delivery of inductions, toolbox talks, training sessions, and HSEQ awareness campaigns.
n
Travel between sites, suppliers, and subcontractor facilities as required.
n
Maintain full compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements.
n
Deliver accurate and timely documentation and project deliverables.
n
Successfully coordinate HSEQ and quality audits with minimal non-conformances.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance.
n
Support the achievement of company operational and project objectives.
n
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and quality in all activities.
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
n
3+ years experience in HSEQ, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Document Control within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, construction, or heavy industry.
n
Strong understanding of:

Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external certification audits.
n
Sound knowledge of quality assurance systems, inspections, testing, documentation control, and compliance processes.
n
Solid organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
n
Experience within crane manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, mining, or heavy industrial environments.
n
Knowledge of Australian Standards and client quality requirements.
n
Experience managing customer documentation submissions and manufacturing record books.
n
