About the Role n
Working as part of our production team, you will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of cabinetry and interior components for recreational vehicles.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
n

n
Manufacturing and assembling RV cabinetry and furniture
n
n
Reading and working from plans, drawings and measurements
n
n
Using hand and power tools safely and accurately
n
n
Cutting, shaping, edging and assembling cabinetry
n
n
Installing cabinetry and interior components into RVs
n
n
Ensuring finished work meets our quality standards
n
n
Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
n
n
Maintaining a clean,



safe and organised work area
n
About You n
We're looking for people who have:
n
n
n
Experience in
cabinet making, joinery, furniture manufacturing or assembly
n
n
Good attention to detail and pride in their workmanship
n
n
The ability to read measurements and basic plans/drawings
n
n
Experience using common hand and power tools
n
n
A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
n
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a production team
n
n
A strong focus on quality, safety and efficiency
n
n
RV or caravan manufacturing experience is highly regarded, but not essential
. We're also interested in candidates with transferable skills from residential cabinetry, commercial joinery, furniture manufacturing or similar industries.
