Vocus in Adelaide is seeking an SMB Account Manager to nurture approximately 220 accounts with responsive, solution-oriented support. You will lead renewals, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to upsell services such as internet, cloud, voice, and network.
