Key responsibilities

Personal care — bathing, grooming, mobility assistance

Domestic support — cleaning, meal preparation, household tasks

Medication assistance (as trained and permitted)

Social engagement — companionship, activities, community involvement

Accurate documentation and reporting

Working collaboratively with nurses, coordinators, and families

About you
n

Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
n
Experience in aged care is highly valued but not essential
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A caring, patient, and respectful approach
n
Current Police Check and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
n
