Lets Get Support are looking for a dedicated and efficient Office Manager to be the heart of everything we do and help make a real difference every day.

Experience in the NDIS sector and SCHADS Award would be an advantage.
n
This position is a part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week
n
Key responsibilities
n
Managing client services and coordinating NDIS Support services
n
Conducting audits to ensure compliance and service delivery
n
Analysing data to generate reports for program sustainability and viability
n
Communicating and cooordinating with administration team and support coordination teams to ensure support is scheduled as requested
n
Motivating and coaching the service team to achieve performance objectives while maintaining a high standard of service
n
Provide professional and calm communication with staff to facilitate a positive work environment and with participants so they feel safe and supported.

Ensuring business processes are followed for compliance
n
Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to meet strategic objectives and maintain high service standards
n
The responsibilities of an NDIS Office Manager include:
n

Planning, organizing,
and coordinating the administrative functions of the business to ensure effective office operations and high-quality administrative support across NDIS, Home Care Package, and DVA programs.
n
Supporting the management team and improving office systems and procedures.
n
Coordinating administrative staff and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
n
Maintaining participant records and administrative documentation in accordance with NDIS, Home Care Package, and DVA program requirements.
n
Preparing administrative and operational reports for senior management.
n
Monitoring office expenditure and assisting with budget administration.
n
Coordinating purchasing of office equipment, supplies, and external service providers.
n
Liaising professionally with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, hospitals, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
n
Coordinating workplace health and safety administration and office compliance requirements.
n
Supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the ongoing development of administrative systems and processes.
n
