Critical to your success in this role is the ability to form respectful, positive relationships with our clients and follow support plans.
This may include, enhancement of daily life skills, support in relation to personal care and accessing the community.
NDIS screening clearance card (yellow card) and WWC card (blue card) required for an immediate start.
A current and up-to-date Police Check is required.
Valid driver's licence and personal vehicle will also be required.
