Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is inviting applications for a Specialty Doctor in the Community Care of the Elderly team (Ebbw Vale).
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialist care to older and frail patients, enabling care closer to home and supporting early discharge from hospital into the community.
