The role provides whole‐school leadership to strengthen classroom climate, student behaviour and engagement, and to implement PCMS and SWPBS as core MTSS practices.
The successful candidate will build teacher capability through coaching, modelling, observation, feedback and professional learning, supporting secure, inclusive and high‐expectation learning environments.
