Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, safety-focused Production Floor Manager to join our growing manufacturing team at our Blaxland Road site. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll play a hands-on role keeping our production line running efficiently, while taking responsibility for factory organisation, health and safety.

Key responsibilities

Prepare micro and vitamin premix to batch sheet instructions
n
Add liquids to dry mixes and produce liquid products as per procedure
n
Operate a forklift safely
n
Cross-check batched pallets of raw materials against batch sheets before loading
n
Ability and agility to fill in for other team members when required
n
Take samples of finished goods and report irregularities or quantity variances to the Production Manager
n
Maintain FeedSafe® standards and WHS compliance at all times
n
Load and unload trucks and vehicles safely
n




Report machinery faults or safety concerns promptly
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar factory environment
n
Require a Forklift licence.
n
A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail
n
Ability to follow and pass on instructions in the right manner
n
Comfortable stepping up and taking initiative when required
n
Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
