The Role:
Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu,



you will play a key role in supporting the sales process while developing the skills required to become a successful Sales Agent.
You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of residential sales, including:
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Building and maintaining a strong database
Managing buyer enquiries via phone and email
Conducting open homes and property inspections
Assisting with marketing appointments and auctions
Providing exceptional client care and buyer follow-up
Liaising with vendors, buyers and external suppliers
Assisting with negotiations and sales campaigns from start to finish
The Candidate:
Minimum 12 months' experience within residential real estate sales
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Highly motivated, energetic and career-focused
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine desire to learn from an established industry leader
Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
