MAINTENANCE MANAGER – ANDREW'S AIRPORT PARKING

Andrew's Airport Parking is Australia's largest off airport parking group with four independently operating branches located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. Our group also has a range of tenants and other business interests including a Car Rental business operating in all three states.

An outstanding opportunity now exists to join us as Maintenance Manager across all of our businesses.
n
Working closely with the Business Owner and General Managers, the successful candidate will enjoy a challenging, highly hands-on role to manage and maintain all maintenance, assets and infrastructure, both owned and leased.
n
This will include personally undertaking general maintenance and repairs wherever possible, engaging external contractors only where work is outside their capability.
n
Assets and infrastructure include but are not limited to warehouses, offices, hardstand and gardens, fleet vehicles and IT hardware.

Your responsibilities will include:

Refining and managing an asset maintenance schedule for all operating businesses
n
Developing process and procedure documentation, reporting and recommendations
n
Fleet Management of our rental cars and our fleet of buses, including management of our Bus Operator Accreditations (VIC, SA and QLD)
n
Managing emergency asset repairs which could include phone calls afterhours
n




Performing general maintenance tasks personally, prior to engaging external contractors for work outside our internal capability
n
Stakeholder management, primarily with Andrew's Branch Management teams, service and repair professionals, tenants and relevant regulators
n
Cost management as it applies to our asset maintenance, finding ways to save money and improve efficiencies
n
Supporting the Airport Parking Group and senior management by upholding the culture and standards of our businesses
n

This is a Monday to Friday role however, as we operate 24/7, some out-of-hours contact will be required. The role will also involve substantial interstate travel across VIC, SA and QLD.
n
Reporting directly to the Business Owner and General Managers you will possess excellent communication skills, be well organized and a natural problem solver. We expect you have solid hands on management experience and/or previous asset management experience, financial literacy and will certainly be proficient using common software, such as Microsoft Office.

Demonstrating success in a multi-site or customer service business will also be well regarded.

Salary $100K - $110K + superannuation (depending on experience)
