About the Role

Construction Labourer – SEQ
n
BLC Queensland is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our growing team, with multiple positions available across Moreton Bay, Logan and Ipswich.
n
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial landscaping and construction projects throughout South East Queensland.
n
The successful candidates will play an important role in supporting our site teams and contributing to the safe, efficient and successful delivery of projects across our growing landscaping business.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist skilled tradespeople with a range of construction and landscaping activities
n
Undertake manual labour tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
n
Prepare, maintain, and clean work sites to ensure a safe and organised environment
n
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
n
Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
n
Hold a valid Construction Induction (White Card) before commencing employment
n
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
n

About You
n
n




Previous experience as a Construction Labourer or in a similar role within construction or landscaping
n
Minimum of 1+ years experience in construction or landscaping roles
n
Physically capable of performing manual labour tasks with care and attention to detail
n
Solid communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
n
A clear commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive team-focused attitude
n
Must have Australian work rights and authorisation to work in Australia
n
