About the role
n
As part of our dedicated Personal Carers team, you will support residents with their daily care needs, promote independence and dignity, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel respected, valued and well cared for.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
n
Be empathetic, reliable and committed to delivering quality care
n
Passionate about building strong professional relationships with residents and colleagues
n
Able to work effectively as part of a supportive team
n
