An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Legal Administrator to join a well-established Australian law firm with a national presence and a strong reputation within the personal injury and Workers Compensation space.
n
The firm is a growing, mid-tier practice with a collaborative and supportive culture. With a sizeable team across multiple offices, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build the career within the legal industry and gain valuable experience working alongside experienced lawyers and legal professionals.

You'll be joining a supportive team where you'll receive training and guidance while developing your understanding of legal administration and Workers Compensation matters.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team and Senior Legal Secretaries.
n
Assist with opening, maintaining and updating client files and records.
n
Prepare, format and process correspondence and legal documentation.
n
Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls and general enquiries.
n
Assist with data entry, document management, scanning and filing.
n
Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a qualified and friendly manner.
n
Assist with coordinating appointments, meetings and other administrative requirements.
n
Provide general administrative support to ensure the legal team runs efficiently.
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal environment OR relevant administration experience within a medical/healthcare setting.
n
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the legal industry.
n
The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
