We are seeking reliable and motivated Pipe Extrusion Operators to join our growing production team. About the Role
n
As a Pipe Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring pipe extrusion lines, conducting quality checks, handling finished products, and supporting safe and efficient production operations.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Operating and monitoring pipe extrusion lines
n
Conducting routine quality assurance checks on finished pipe products
n
Monitoring pipe dimensions, print quality, wall thickness, and product consistency
n
Strapping, bundling, coiling, and preparing products for dispatch
n
Assisting with line start-ups, shutdowns, and product changeovers
n
Maintaining production records and reporting faults or quality concerns
n
Supporting housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n




Working collaboratively with supervisors and production teams to meet output targets
n

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm

Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am

What We're Looking For

Previous extrusion or PE pipe manufacturing experience advantageous
n
Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
n
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
n
Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
n
Forklift licence preferred but not essential
n
