L'Occitane en Provence is seeking a dedicated Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead our Sydney Centrepoint Boutique. You will support the Boutique Manager to drive daily operations and deliver an elevated guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, with prior supervisory experience preferred. You will coach a high-performing team, manage stock and merchandising, and uphold brand standards in a guest-first setting.
