We're looking for an organised and people-focused
Human Resources Administrator
who wants to make a meaningful contribution within a values-led, not-for-profit organisation.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience across the full employment lifecycle. You'll provide high-quality administrative support across the People & Experience function, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Coordinate pre-employment checks, onboarding and inductions
Prepare employment contracts, variations and HR correspondence
Monitor compliance requirements, including probity checks and training
Manage HR enquiries and support timely responses
Process employee movements, promotions and exits
Assist with HR reporting, audits and people initiatives
Support performance review and employee engagement activities
Liaise with internal teams regarding payroll setup and equipment for new starters
About You
You are an organised and dependable administrator who handles sensitive information with discretion. You communicate respectfully, build productive working relationships and take ownership of accurate, timely outcomes.
You'll Bring
Experience in an administration role with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Experience with HRIS, payroll or rostering systems (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative and customer-focused approach
Solid organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

NDIS Worker Screening Check
