About the Role
n
Working across split shifts supporting our Before and After School programs, you'll lead a small, dedicated team delivering a fun, engaging program that local families trust. We're open to discussing flexibility in your roster where we can.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
Leading, mentoring and developing your team of Educators, including performance support
n
Building a cohesive team culture that delivers a stimulating, play-based program
n
Keeping the service compliant with our policies, legislation and the National Quality Standards
n
Managing enrolments, rosters and ratios, vacation care planning and attendance
n
Keeping children and Educators safe and well
n
Building genuine relationships with children and families, and keeping communication open
n
About You
n




Previous experience as an OOSH or Childcare Leader or Nominated Supervisor
n
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent recognised by ACECQA)
n
Working With Children Check and Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025 or equivalent)
n
Current Education & Care First Aid and CPR
n
Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
n
National Foundations of Child Safety Training
n
Solid working knowledge of My Time Our Place (MTOP), the NQS and the Assessment & Rating process (desirable, not essential)
