Prime Steel Engineering is looking for a Bandsaw Operator to join our growing structural steel and staircase fabrication team in Penrith.
n
Experience is preferred, but we are also interested in someone who is highly motivated, reliable, keen to learn, and looking for a long-term career in steel fabrication.

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Operate bandsaw machinery to cut steel to required sizes.
n
Read basic workshop drawings and cutting lists.
n
Measure and mark steel accurately.
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
n
Work with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.
n
n
What We're Looking For

n
Bandsaw or steel fabrication experience preferred.
n




Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools.
n
Strong attention to detail.
n
Reliable with a positive work ethic.
n
Physically fit and safety-focused.
n
Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow with the company.
