At Oscar Wylee Pacific Werribee, we're looking for an experienced retail leader to join us as Store Manager and lead a high-performing team.

As part of our Joint Venture model, you'll work closely with an experienced Store Partner, giving you valuable exposure to the commercial and operational side of running a successful optical retail store.
n
You'll take ownership of day-to-day store performance, coach and develop your team and create an environment where exceptional patient care and solid commercial results go hand in hand.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, coach and develop your team to perform at their best
n
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance through genuine customer care
n
Take ownership of day-to-day store operations, compliance and performance standards
n
Manage rosters, budgets and labour efficiency
n
Provide hands‐on leadership across sales, service and the customer experience
n
Partner with our Optometrists and Store Partner to deliver an exceptional experience for every patient
n
Build a positive, accountable and high‐performing team culture
n

About You
n
n
Has previous retail leadership experience
n
Has optical industry experience
n
Understands how to drive sales, KPIs and store performance
n
Has experience with rostering, labour planning and day‐to‐day store operations
n




Is passionate about coaching and developing people
n
Leads from the floor and enjoys being part of the customer experience
n
Is organised, proactive and confident making decisions
n
Wants to continue developing their commercial and leadership capability
n

Earnings
n
Base salary up to $70,000 + superannuation.
