Responsibilities

Develop, test and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex and platform configurations.
n
Collaborate with business analysts, Solution Architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
n
Contribute to the development of secure, accessible and maintainable digital services that align with platform standards and business needs.
n
Participate in code reviews, testing activities, release processes and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and delivery outcomes.

Skills required:
n
n
Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex and Salesforce platform configuration.
n
Experience developing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and contemporary integration patterns.
n
Experience delivering accessible digital services and applying accessibility standards and inclusive design principles throughout the software development lifecycle
n
n
Desirable skills:
n
n
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I
n
Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including Integration Procedures, OmniStudio and related platform capabilities.
n
Experience supporting customer-facing digital services within government, regulated or highly governed environments.
n
Experience across Salesforce platform capabilities such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and associated digital service platforms.
n
