Following continued growth, they are looking to appoint a State Director to lead the NSW business.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced business developer and people leader looking to shape the future of a growing consultancy.
n
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for driving business growth across NSW while leading a high-performing team of Project Managers and overseeing the financial performance of the business.
n
You'll leverage your existing network to secure new opportunities across social infrastructure, particularly within:

Health & Hospitals
n
Aged Care
n
Education & Universities
n
Community Infrastructure
n
Government
n
Institutional Property
n
n
This role combines strategic leadership, business development, operational management and full P&L; responsibility.
n
DUTIES
n
n
Lead the NSW business and deliver sustainable growth
n
Develop and execute the NSW business development strategy
n
Build long-term relationships with government and private sector clients
n
Win new projects across the social infrastructure sector
n
Lead major bids,



fee proposals and presentations
n
Manage the NSW P&L;, budgets and financial performance
n
Forecast pipeline, revenue and resource requirements
n
Lead, mentor and grow a team of Project Managers
n
Recruit and develop high-performing professionals
n
Provide executive oversight across major project portfolios
n
Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and repeat business
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Extensive experience within Project Management or Property Advisory
n
Strong network across NSW property and infrastructure markets
n
Proven business development and client relationship skills
n
Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
n
Previous P&L; or business unit management experience
n
Commercially astute with strong financial management skills
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, Property or related discipline
n
