LDK Seniors Living seeks a Cottage Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for our dementia-focused cottages Rosemary and Rowley.
You will lead a small, skilled team to deliver person-centred care in a home-like setting with 24/7 support.
Role requires RN with AHPRA, 5+ years of clinical experience in dementia care, and strong leadership and communication skills.
