About the Role
n
We're looking for a creative and strategic Video Editor to join The Boys' YouTube team.
n
You'll edit long-form content viewed by millions, work directly with creators, and contribute ideas that make it to publish. This role goes beyond execution - you'll play a key part in shaping content and driving channel growth.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Edit long-form YouTube videos (multi-cam, multi-audio)
n
Craft engaging, high-retention edits (pacing, storytelling, sound design)




n
Cut, trim, and arrange footage. Add graphics, titles, transitions, sound effects, music, etc.
n
Collaborate with The Boys and production team on content
n
Contribute ideas and help evolve formats
n
Keep pace with the latest YouTube trends and editing techniques to boost engagement (and keep the algorithm on our side)
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Robust experience editing long-form YouTube or digital content
n
Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills (After Effects a bonus)
n
Skilled in editing, pacing, retention, storytelling, sound design, and color
n
Knowledge of YouTube trends, audience behaviour, and performance metrics
n
Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction
n
You have a genuine passion for YouTube and the creator ecosystem
