About the role
In this role, theBookkeeperwill manage day-to-day financial records & ensure accurate data entry/reconciliations, while supporting the team with timely reporting.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Performing bank,
credit card & general ledger reconciliations
Processing accounts payable and intercompany transfers
Assisting with month-end tasks, reporting & forecasts
Supporting IAS/BAS preparation and ATO compliance obligations
Processing payroll + ensuring regulatory compliance
Managing client relationships
Supporting the team with ad hoc accounting tasks
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rightsessential
Min. 3 yearspreviousBookkeepingexperienceessential
Demonstrated proficiency with Xero
Cert IV in Bookkeeping or similaressential
High attention to detail + solid organisational and communication skills
Comfortable working independently & in a team
