This is a genuine opportunity to join an established Toowoomba accounting and financial advisory practice, working closely with accountants and financial advisers, supporting clients and helping coordinate the day-to-day administration of the practice.
Experience within financial planning, wealth management or financial advisory would be advantageous, but accounting practice experience is the key requirement.

What you'll be doing
Providing day-to-day support to accountants and financial advisers
Managing client correspondence, documentation and follow-ups
Coordinating appointments, meetings and client communications
Preparing and maintaining client files and records, including financial advisory documentation
Maintaining client information across practice management systems
Assisting with new client onboarding and documentation
Monitoring workflow, deadlines and outstanding client information
Supporting the team with general practice administration
Acting as a professional and friendly point of contact for clients
What you'll bring
Previous experience within an accounting or professional services practice is essential
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence communicating with clients and professional staff
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Solid written and verbal communication skillsGood Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems
Professional, reliable and proactive approach
Experience in financial planning, wealth management or financial advisory will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
