We're looking for a great installer — not just another tradesperson.

Rapid Showerscreens is a growing shower screen installation business, located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne, and we're looking for an experienced glazier or shower screen installer to join us as we build the business.
n
We're flexible about how the right person works with us. This could be full-time employment, part-time or subcontractor, depending on what works best for both of us. You'll be well compensated for your hard work, either way.
n
Most importantly, we're looking for someone reliable, skilled, professional and interested in staying for the long haul.

You won't need to chase customers, quote jobs or source materials. Our focus is on building a consistent pipeline of quality installation work so that you can focus on what you do best — installing.

What you'll be doing
n
Installing frameless, semi-frameless, sliding and fixed-panel shower screens
n
Installing hinges, brackets, handles, channels and seals
n
Working from accurate job sheets and measurements
n
Completing clean, professional silicone and finishing work
n
Communicating professionally with customers in their homes
n
Looking after the glass and hardware supplied for each job
n
Leaving each site clean and tidy
n
Representing Rapid Showerscreens professionally

An experienced shower screen installer

A qualified glazier looking to move into shower screen installation
n
An experienced glass installer with transferable skills
n
Someone with strong hands-on trade experience who is keen to learn
n
You don't necessarily need previous shower screen experience.
n
If you're a good glazier with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn, we can train you in our shower screen installation systems and processes.
n

Can handle and install large/heavy sheets of glass

Have a current driver's licence and White Card
n

A Certificate III in Glass & Glazing is preferred, but hands-on experience and the right attitude are more important to us.
