Customer Service & Administration Office
AAA Comet Gas is a family-owned LPG supplier servicing customers across Northern NSW and Queensland.
We're known for our industry leading service , fantastic team, and amazing local reputation and we're now looking for a Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our Murwillumbah office.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, managing administrative tasks, and being part of a supportive, friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
Taking inbound customer calls and processing orders
Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
Coordinating dispatch with delivery drivers
Managing invoicing and payment receipting
Providing general office and administrative support
About You
Previous experience in customer service and/or administration is highly regarded
Excellent phone manner with explicit, friendly communication skills
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
